Kaden Groves gewinnt die 2. Etappe der Türkei Rundfahrt
Die heutige Etappe der Türkei Rundfahrt war schon die zweite. Die erste hatte gestern Caleb Ewan gewonnen. Heute spielte die Pocket Rocket keine Rolle und verlor sein Führung in der Gesamtwertung. Gewonnen hat die Etappe Kaden Groves vom Team Bike Exchange, der sich im Sprint gegen Jasper Stuyven durchsetzen konnte. Grover ist auch der neue Leader der Rundfahrt
Die zweite Etappe der Türkei Rundfahrt führt von Selcub über 156 km nach Alcati. Zwischendurch gibt es eine Berwertung der 3. Kategorie. Die Nummer war also etwas für die Sprinter. Die Ausreißer durften deshalb eine Zeitlang den Grüssgottonkel spielen, bevor es dann zur Sache ging.
Caleb Ewan nahm sich dieser an. Doch dann versagten bei ihm die Kräfte und er machte den Schwan. Auch sam Bennet von Bora hansgrohe sah sich in der Rolle des Zusachuers. Das Duell wurde zwischen Stuyven und Groves ausgetragen. Anschließend trug man den Belgier an allen Vieren aus der Arena. Äh ja. Ganz so martialisch ist es nur im Western. Und die sind auch nur Schauspieler.
